What exclusivity is and is not
Exclusivity is a platform access guarantee, nothing more. While your claim is active, no other agency can add your county on BailTies. It does not restrict investigations an agency already runs elsewhere, it does not push anyone out, and it confers no legal right to operate anywhere. It is one lever: the BailTies advantage in your county stops being available to your competitors.
Who can claim a county
- A county is claimable only if no other agency currently operates there on BailTies. Counties with one or more other active agencies cannot be claimed.
- If exactly one agency operates in a county, that agency, and only that agency, may claim it.
- Existing agencies are never displaced. Exclusivity blocks new agencies from adding the county going forward; it never removes anyone already there.
- Claims are first come, first served, and a claim is pending, not active, until verification clears and payment terms are agreed.
Pricing: per county, by the market
Exclusivity pricing is per county, based on the market. Contact us for your county. A county's value varies enormously; Los Angeles County and a rural county are not the same product, so there is no flat rate.
Exclusivity is billed as a recurring charge, monthly or annual as agreed per deal, separate from investigation credits. Credits are still consumed per investigation as normal: exclusivity buys the lock, not the research.
